To give you real peace of mind, in the unlikely event that your GPS malfunctions or does not perform as expected, we will send out a replacement unit (at our cost) within hours of your report by email or phone.  In the event that this is not acceptable or possible, we will refund your full booking fee and we will incur all courier costs in returning the unit back to us.  All we ask is that you have acted with reasonable care to your GPS unit.
